Arshi Ahmad-Aziz

has the broad experience of providing training and consultancy since 1984, and has designed and facilitated training programs throughout Pakistan and abroad.

Arshi has worked with a range of organisations, large and small, multi-national, national and government, as well as health and educational service organisations. She has an affable, friendly personality which participants find engaging and motivational.

She has a strong, customer focused attention to detail, believing that planning and preparation are fundamental principles.

Arshi has had ten books and over 300 articles published.

Arshi believes in facilitative training methods, and the whole person approach. A trainer, a coach and a writer, she considers herself a pragmatist, who is devoted to developing others (as well as self) and passionate about writing.

She is founder and Lead Trainer of ITC – The Institute of Training and Consultancy, whose objective is to Maximise Human Potential.
